51ΑΤΖζ has partnered with Helios Consulting to launch a new effort aimed at helping students and recent graduates learn skills and gain a potential career foothold in the fast-growing human resources tech industry.
°Υ³σ±πΜύ will provide training and job opportunities to students and alumni that will βtranslate to success in todayβs increasingly tech-driven labor market,β said Scott Gronert, 51ΑΤΖζβs interim provost.
51ΑΤΖζ students and graduates who participate in Rise will be paid Helios employees starting from day one of training. Helios is an advisory partner of Workday, the HR tech platform of choice for nearly 10,000 companies worldwide, including half of the Fortune 500.
The new partnership also helps to advance 51ΑΤΖζ’s 2030 plan, which focuses on building more learner-centric programming while also responding to the demands of the region’s economy.
βAs demand for technology skills continues to grow across the region, 51ΑΤΖζ has a unique opportunity to solve two challenges at once: creating new pathways to high-wage jobs for our community, while also addressing a growing need for workers with those tech skills,β Gronert said.
The program includes training and support from industry experts and provides a pathway to joining Heliosβ Fortune 500 clients after completing the apprenticeship.
