Wide-format printing for Faculty & Staff
Print & Copy Services offers aqueous and latex wide-format printing. Aqueous inks are used for poster printing and latex inks are used for a variety of indoor & outdoor applications, including window and wall clings, stickers, and banners. Typical turnaround for wide-format printing items, including posters, is 3 business days.

Poster Printing Instructions
Log in to
Go to New Orders at the top and select Order Categories.
Select Posters – Wide Format.
Select poster size or choose Custom Size.
- Step 1: Enter poster description and size (if applicable).
- Step 2: Select stock (Photo paper or Fabric)
- Step 3: Upload PDF file of poster.
- Step 4: Select billing string from drop down.
- Step 5: Enter due date (typical turnaround is 3 business days) and shipping or pick up information.
- Step 6: Submit.
