Lubar College of Business signs MBA agreement with Indian university

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar College of Business has reached an agreement with the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) to bring early MBA students to the Milwaukee campus to complete their degrees.

Through the agreement, IITK students can transfer up to four courses to 51ΑΤΖζ and complete the remaining seven MBA courses required in the 51ΑΤΖζ program. These students would be awarded degrees from each institution upon graduation.

β€œWe’re delighted to enter into this agreement with the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, which has one of India’s top MBA programs,” said Kaushal Chari, dean of 51ΑΤΖζ’s Lubar College of Business.

β€œThese are excellent students who will add new perspectives to our program’s classroom discussions,” he said. β€œIn turn, they will gain insights into American management from our MBA faculty and alongside the Lubar College’s traditional students.”

IITK is one of India’s most prestigious universities, with programs in the engineering, science, design, humanities and management disciplines.
