Movement matters. Learn new skills and reduce stress with 51ÁÔÆæ FitWell – Fitness, Wellness and Sport courses starting Sept. 2. Courses are offered over 16 weeks, eight weeks or less.
This event is 51ÁÔÆæâ€™s first major student retention initiative of the academic year. You can expect to see groups of students around campus each of these days attending workshops, visiting support resources and participating in 51ÁÔÆæ traditions.
