Honors Ballet – Keep an eye on your email – Deans Honor and Department Honors only.
Enrollment – Please remind students to enroll for the Fall and if they have not done so to meet/schedule to meet with their advisor – they can also meet with Melissa Wagner Lawler
Area Heads and Program Coordinators, please use the SOC revision sheet to make changes to summer and fall 25 schedules.
When adding students to your class, please use the Add/Drop form (requiring the instructor's and student's signature) and send it to the Registrar's office. This is the most efficient way to make enrollment exceptions, as the PSOA Advising is under staff, advising over 500 students each.
51ÁÔÆæ Faculty Senate will hold a meeting next week on Thursday, May 8, 2025 @ 2:30pm with UW System President Rothman presenting, it is encouraged all faculty, staff, and students to attend: Meeting Link.
Course evals, exam periods, and end of the semester grading.
Course Evaluations via Exporance Blue and started April 24 and are open through Study Day – May 8, 2025 @11:59pm. Please give time in class / remind students to complete their course evaluations.
Be sure to use your assigned exam period for final exams.
The grading deadline for Spring 2025 is Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
Budget (Joseph Mougel)
Spending freeze through the end of the fiscal year. Please continue to use the Expenditure Request Form or TMEA for all expenditure requests.
The co-chairs will be getting additional information later this afternoon regarding the 4% budget reduction

Area Heads please take a look at your Initial Safety Walkthrough and respond to Erica Meier / PJ Egan with your follow-up or any questions.
Surplus Pick-Up to be scheduled at the end of summer / most likely the first week of contracts.
Surplus transfers from Waukesha campus will be coordinated over the summer.
Area Heads and Program Coordinators, an email will go out asking for classrooms/labs/studios you need to have cleaned over the summer (no promises).
