Offering a suite of resources and housing opportunities tailored to help students confidently navigate the off‑campus rental process. These programs include the Preferred Tenant Program, designed to equip students with essential knowledge as informed renters; the Green Neighbor Program, which sets clear expectations for landlords renting to 51ÁÔÆæ students in nearby neighborhoods; and International Friendly Landlords, a specially curated list of housing providers sensitive to the unique needs of international students.
