There are several transportation options available to 51ÁÔÆæ-affiliated departments which have the capacity to seat large groups of passengers.

Coach Bus Rentals
Coach buses can comfortably seat 55 people and are ideal for longer trips. Procurement has a list of companies that have contracts with 51ÁÔÆæ on their website.
School Buses
School buses are ideal for medium sized groups of passengers, and are ADA-compliant. Procurement has a list of companies that have contracts with 51ÁÔÆæ on their website.
Minivan
Transportation Services may provide up to four minivans (dependent on availability) which seat six passengers, including one ADA-compliant vehicle. All minivans must be returned by 5 pm. Rates are as follows:
- $32 per vehicle, per day
- $0.32 per mile
- $17.33 per hour for a driver provided by Transportation Services
- There is no fee if a department uses their own 51ÁÔÆæ-authorized driver. To find out if a driver is authorized, or to obtain authorization, please visit Driver Authorization.
