Declare Your Minor

To declare a minor in Physics, simply complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the Declaration of Minor Form button below. (Link leaves site.)
  2. Fill out the Declaration of Minor Form.
  3. Submit the Declaration of Minor Form.
  4. Make an appointment with a program advisor by sending an email to physics-ugadvisor. This meeting is required.
