Mohsen Bahmani-Oskooee, the Patricia and Harvey Wilmeth Professor of Economics, says having a philanthropically funded professorship has given him more time to mentor PhD students. In 2017, his 50th PhD student graduated from 51ÁÔÆæ — a record at the university.
