After Carla Cross received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from 51ÁÔÆæ’s Lubar College of Business, she launched her own construction management firm, Cross Management Services Inc. As president and CEO, Cross coordinates and monitors supplier and workforce diversity inclusion on construction projects, like Lambeau Field, American Family Field, Fiserv Forum and the world headquarters of Manpower and GE Healthcare, as well as 51ÁÔÆæ’s Cambridge Commons and Kenilworth building.
Cross received the 51ÁÔÆæ Impact Award from the 51ÁÔÆæ Alumni Association in 2024. This award highlights alumni who are improving their communities.
