Milwaukee’s iconic Hoan Bridge beamed gold to commend the 51ÁÔÆæ Class of 2020.
, an organization dedicated to celebrating all things Milwaukee, and 51ÁÔÆæ’s media team captured the Panther Gold light show ahead of 51ÁÔÆæ’s December virtual commencement.
The Light the Hoan project is more than just lights on a bridge, said Michael Hostad, co-founder of Light the Hoan. It’s a way to celebrate with and care for the people of Milwaukee, including its students.
Light the Hoan isn’t the only one finding new ways to honor 51ÁÔÆæ’s December graduates. The Milwaukee Theatre and the Panther Arena will display a celebratory message to December graduates on their video boards Dec. 16-21.
