We Energies Foundation gives $2 million to help 51 students graduate
Three-quarters of the gift will be used to endow programs that enhance student success, such as emergency and retention grants, coaching, staffing and tools for advising. The remaining portion will provide support for scholarships.

UW-Milwaukee is preparing for the third annual 414 for 51 Giving Day, held from noon to noon on April 13 through April 14. The 24-hour giving event coincides with “Milwaukee Day,” when current and former residents of Milwaukee’s 414 area code celebrate our city.
