More than 4,400 students began moving into 51ÁÔÆæ residence halls Aug. 26, unloading vehicles and loading wheeled carts to bring their belongings to their new homes for the school year.
New 51ÁÔÆæ Chancellor Thomas Gibson greeted students and their families, welcoming them to the university on a blissfully cool late-summer day.
Students will be moving in over the course of the week to all the residence halls, including Cambridge Commons, RiverView and Kenilworth Square Apartments. Classes begin on Sept. 2.
