Process Overview
- Use this form to request permission to: add or drop a class after the published deadline, repeat a course for the third time, change grading option of a course, or withdraw from semester courses.
- With this form, you will be asked to upload a Registration Change Form (pdf) or a Term Withdrawl Form (pdf).
- Upon receipt your advisor will review and if approved, enter the necessary permissions in PAWS. The appeal decision will be communicated to you via your 51ÁÔÆæ email address.
