The New Dramaworks Short Play Festival is back! The 51ÁÔÆæ Department of Theatre presents an exciting showcase of original plays celebrating hope and resistance. Don't miss the premiere of these brand-new works written, directed and produced by 51ÁÔÆæ students.
MFA candidates Corrigan Eckert and Jack Lehtinen explore philosophical questions facing the human race and their connection to the world around them. Eckert focuses on place-based art’s role in community and land stewardship, while Lehtinen critiques AI by contrasting machine-made works with hands-on print and papermaking.

Renowned violinists, Ralph Evans and Efim Boico, have performed with the Quartet for over 40 years. Joined in 2018 by two eminent musicians, violist Gil Sharon (founder of the Amati Ensemble) and cellist Niklas Schmidt (co-founder of Trio Fontenay), they will perform an ambitious program in May of twelve masterworks revealing the Fine Arts Quartet’s classical music legacy.
Summer open studios are available to current intermediate/advanced Jewelry & Metalsmithing and Digital Fabrication & Design students and alumni who have had previous studio training and are seeking access to help make their own self-guided projects.
