Sarah serves as the Training and Dispute Resolution Specialist in 51ÁÔÆæ’s Division of Community Empowerment and Institutional Inclusivity (CEII). One of her primary goals as an educator is to advance teaching that is accessible, inclusive, and equitable for an increasingly diverse student population. To this end, she provides consultations and workshops on inclusive teaching practices and course design. In addition, Sarah specializes in conflict transformation—that is, engaging conflict constructively — as a tool for teaching and learning.
