Natasha Jankowski is the Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning at 51ÁÔÆæ, joining in August 2024. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment (NILOA), earning the ACPA Contribution to Higher Education award under her leadership. Natasha has extensive experience in teaching both online and in-person, and has held various roles, including graduate program coordinator and research associate professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a published author and regular presenter on student learning assessment. Natasha is passionate about advancing student success through transparent, culturally responsive educational practices and has worked with faculty and students across the U.S. to enhance learning pathways. She holds a PhD in Educational Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois, an MEd in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University, and a BA in Philosophy.
