Schroeder is the Senior Consultant for Instructional and Organizational Development at 51ÁÔÆæ’s CETL, providing programs, workshops, resources, and services on instructional development strategies such as course assessment and design, small group learning, active learning strategies, and learner-centered teaching. She also consults nationally on higher education changes, centers for teaching and learning, and faculty leadership.
