Ben Gautsch has been associated with 51ÁÔÆæ since 2010 in various capacities. As a consultant, Ben focuses on designing and facilitating educational development programs He addresses transparency in learning and teaching (TILT) and collaborates with instructors to create evidence-based learning experiences across all learning environments. His expertise extends to student engagement tools, Canvas Outcomes, blueprinting, and resource sites at the department, program, and course levels.ÌýAs an instructor, Ben has taught courses in Administrative Leadership and Educational Psychology. His teaching approach emphasizes active learning, high impact practices, and real-world experiences tied to clear learning outcomes.ÌýÌý
Ben holds a master’s degree in library and information science, with a focus on academic librarianship. Currently, he is pursuing doctoral studies in the Urban Education program within 51ÁÔÆæâ€™s School of Education.
