To view and print your payslips, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Guide:&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/internal\/144634\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">View and Print Payslips \u2013 Employee<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Video Tutorial:&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/internal\/148407\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Benefits and Pay Hub How-To Video \u2013 Employee<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Payslips are available four days prior to the pay date.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gross-pay-and-net-pay\">Gross Pay and Net Pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To review your gross and net pay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the Menu, click Benefits and Pay Hub, select the Pay section, and then select the Payments tab in the dropdown menu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to the All Payslips section, where you can find the gross and net pay listed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To view the gross and net pay on your payslip, scroll down to the Current and YTD Totals section.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-incorrect-pay\">Incorrect Pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your paycheck appears incorrect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review your timesheet for the corresponding pay period and make necessary updates.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure your time and\/or absence requests are approved by your supervisor.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any corrections will be reflected in the next paycheck.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional resources:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/internal\/144948\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Entering Time in Workday \u2013 Employee<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/internal\/144881\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Requesting Time Off (Absence) in Workday \u2013 Employee<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For further support, please contact your <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/hr\/client-group-assignments\/\">assigned HR Business Partner<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-accessing-prior-paychecks-and-tax-statements\">Accessing Prior Paychecks and Tax Statements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In HRS, active employees are able to view prior earning statements (January 2019 \u2013 June 2025) and prior tax forms issued until 4\/15\/26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to view prior paychecks\/earning statements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign into&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrs.wisconsin.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hrs.wisconsin.edu<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Payroll<\/strong>&nbsp;tile.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>earning statement<\/strong>&nbsp;to view\/print.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;Use the filter icon to change the date range.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The earning statement will open in Adobe to view, download or print.
