Employees are encouraged to find out more about how Workday is intended to help streamline performance management. 51ÁÔÆæ employees are invited to access the latest Workday Walkthrough recording: How Workday Streamlines Performance Management<\/a>. The session will provide an overview of the performance review process in Workday, as well as the Career Profile, where employees can share education, certifications and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This walkthrough is especially beneficial for HR personnel who track performance and employees who receive or conduct performance reviews. Find additional Workday Walkthroughs<\/a> on the secure ATP website. By attending Workday Walkthroughs, you can get familiar with Workday functionality and terminology and be ready to start training, which is scheduled to begin in March 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
