You might not be getting enough quality sleep!&nbsp;It\u2019s hard to overstate how essential sleep is to mental, emotional, and physical well-being and academic performance.&nbsp;If you struggle to get good sleep, SHAW has several options to help you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-self-care-sleep-workshops\">Self-Care Sleep Workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone can experience problems with sleep from time to time. Come to one of our monthly 50-minute \u2018Sleep on It\u2019 workshops to learn about \u2018sleep hygiene\u2019 &#8212; daily behaviors and practices you can control to improve your quality of sleep. Our SHAW providers can help you identify underlying factors that may be affecting your sleep, including lifestyle habits, stress, or medical conditions. SHAW Counselors are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Insomnia, a very effective treatment.
