The online portal provides a space to check in with yourself, set goals, and explore 51ÁÔÆæ resources and services, 24\/7. In the BASICS (Brief Alcohol &amp; Other Drug Screening) programs, you can&nbsp;<strong>safely reflect on alcohol, cannabis or other drug use, consider options for making a change, and learn about additional support<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/basics\/\">Visit the BASICS website to learn more and to schedule an appointment<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/wellness\/counseling\">Counseling Services<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SHAW Counseling Services provides a wide range of in-person and virtual mental health services for 51ÁÔÆæ students including&nbsp;<strong>short-term individual, group and couples therapy. Psychiatry and case management services are also available<\/strong>. Visit the SHAW website or call 414-229-7429 for more information on how to schedule an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/wellness\/counseling\/mantra-health\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"2281\">Mantra Health<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantra Health expands the availability of teletherapy services for students to include evening and weekend appointments and\u00a0additional\u00a0identify-specific counselors. Mantra counselors provide free, short-term psychotherapy to 51ÁÔÆæ students for whom teletherapy is\u00a0appropriate\u00a0and works collaboratively with the Student Health and Wellness Center (SHAW) to ensure quality care is delivered.
