  • and notice your surroundings

  • Visit the Mindful Space, Sensory Space, and other places conducive to meditation or relaxation
  • Improve your mood by appreciating the arts. Engage in Peck School of the Arts student art exhibitions, film and animations screenings, and performances in theatre, music and dance.
