Be Well Bingo – Mar. 28 – Apr. 4
Join the Student Health and Wellness Center as we explore different ways to Be Well on campus and at home.
- The first 25 students to complete FIVE activities on the BINGO card using the lists below will receive SHAW T-shirt.
- All students who their completed bingo card and activity summaries by April 5th will be entered to win one of 10 Be Well Bingo prize packs!
SHAW Be Well Bingo Events:
- A Mindful Art Therapy (Virtual) Break – March 28th from 4-4:30pm via Participate “on demand” .
- Mindful Moment – March 29th from 12:30-12:50 p.m. in the Golda Mier Library, Room E275
- Journaling 101 – March 30th from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Student Health and Wellness Center, NWQ-D, 8th Floor, Room 8990 Sign up !
- Catch Your Breath Under the Stars – April 3rd 12:00-12:30 pm in the Manfred Olson Planetarium
- Wag-More Wednesday – Mar. 30th in the Golda Mier Library at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 4:00p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
On-Campus Wellness Activities:
- Reserve a spot in The Mindful Space – Student Health and Wellness Center NWQ-D
- Visit the 51ÁÔÆæ Intentional Space in the Library (Golda Mier Library, Room E275) and do one of the following activities:
- Complete a coloring sheet
- Pick up a Mindfulness Workbook and complete an activity
- Write out a mindfulness postcard to friend or family member
- Attend the weekly Sober Social – Mar. 30th in the Lubar Entrepreneurship Center from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
- Visit the Presence or the Campus Events Calendar. Find an event and/or group meeting to attend.
- Participate in a UREC Group X or Yoga class ()
- Studio Arts & Craft Centre Projects of the Week (link for more info)

- Take a 20+ minute mindful walk )

- Practice 20+ minutes of Yoga
- Write a letter of gratitude to a friend or family member
