Winter Wake-Up Yoga

Start your winter semester by connecting with your campus community.

Led by FitWell’s Yoga Instructor, Colleen Kehoe, together, we’ll flow through a series of accessible poses to wake up our bodies and minds. This 45-minute session will guide you through a series of sun salutations, strengthening poses and energizing breathwork.

No need to be a seasoned yogi—this class is for all levels of 51ÁÔÆæ students and is the perfect way to kickstart your day. Grab your friends and your mat for some good vibes and mindful movement.

Bring your 51ÁÔÆæ ID, a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and complete your liability and photo/media release waivers on your mobile device. There will be a limited number of yoga mats available.
