Postings, when available, are listed below. Students must apply using the 51ÁÔÆæ  portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do not currently have any student employee positions available at this time. Please check back!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offer project-based internships for course credit to 51ÁÔÆæ students. Projects are most often 1-semester long, covering a pertinent sustainability initiative, priority, or research topic aligned with goals of the office. We are currently seeking student projects related to supporting the following priorities for campus: food security, urban habitat restoration, window bird strike interventions, public health benefits of bus and bicycle transportation, and emergent solar technologies. We will also consider other topics &#8211; please email your ideas or questions to ask-sustainability@uwm.edu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To advance to a credit-based internship, we require the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project summary (1-2 paragraphs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internship or independent study class number (example: CES 489)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising faculty member, who will need to approve and grade the internship project for course credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of Sustainability offers a limited number of student hourly jobs.
