Each instructor will receive an email that contains a unique link to submit student feedback. They can also <a href=\"https:\/\/uwmilwaukee.campus.eab.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">log into Navigate360 directly<\/a> and click \u201cFill out Progress Reports\u201d in the gold bar of their Professor Homepage.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cStudent Feedback\u201d page displays full course rosters of undergraduate students for each of the course(s) that they are teaching. This is where instructors can begin filling out information about students, prioritizing those with unsatisfactory academic performance and who may be in need of additional support. All comments should be student-facing, as students have access to view all course feedback from their instructors in the Navigate360 Student platform and mobile app.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Information for your Course Syllabus and Canvas Page<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>Please consider posting the message below to your course syllabus and\/or Canvas page to share information about Progress Reports:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are Progress Reports?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Progress Reports are a form of course feedback submitted by your instructors through <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.navigate.eab.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Navigate360<\/a> starting from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> week of the fall\/spring semester through the 9<sup>th<\/sup> week. During this time, instructors can provide individual feedback on your academic performance which creates a Progress Report <em>alert<\/em>. You will receive email notifications for Progress Reports that indicate unsatisfactory academic performance. Your assigned academic advisor and success coach (if applicable) are also notified of each unsatisfactory academic performance Progress Report alert that you may receive. Unsatisfactory academic performance alert reasons could include:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missing some classes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missing all classes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poor test\/quiz results&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No or minimal course engagement&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are encouraged to view all Progress Reports and comments submitted by your instructors.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.navigate.eab.com\">Log in to Navigate360 Student<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select <strong>My Docs<\/strong> from the navigation menu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Then select <strong>Progress Reports<\/strong> and click the name of your instructor to view details.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">How Progress Reports are Routed<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>When an instructor submits a progress report on a student who is struggling academically, that student and their advisor both receive a notification from Navigate360.
