This documentary\u00a0follows\u00a0the\u00a0first players to return to professional competition,\u00a0who were discovered young and asked to love\u00a0a sport that did not love them back. Through archival photographs, headlines, and\u00a0wide-ranging interviews, the film moves between past and present, revealing the cost of exclusion and the endurance of passion.
