Did you even know it was possible?! We are headed to Eagle Cave\, the largest commercial cave in Wisconsin. There\, we will have the opportunity to explore their vast system of caves with helmets\, headlamps\, and clothes you don’t mind getting muddy. At night\, we’ll sleep with sleeping pads and sleeping bags in the cave’s wide entrance\, a truly unique experience – no tents! Join Outdoor Pursuits as we bike from campus\, along the Oak Leaf Trail\, Hank Aaron Trail\, and then the Glacial Drumlin Trail\, all the way to Lapham Peak State Park – home of the Ice Age Trail! This bike ride is 36 miles one way (61km) and requires you to know how to ride a bike. Don’t worry! We plan to make stops every 10 miles. The best part of this ride is that you don’t have to carry your camping equipment! Biking back to campus on Sunday is optional and transportation is available. We’ll drive it to the state park for you so it’s there when you arrive.
