In preparing the slate of nominees for elective faculty standing committees, the Nominations Committee used the following procedures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Preference sheets were prepared and distributed electronically to the faculty. Levels of interest (\u201cVery Interested,\u201d \u201cInterested,\u201d or \u201cWilling if Needed\u201d) were tabulated from 141 returns out of a possible 585 (This number includes all persons holding faculty rank including those on sabbatical).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Persons completing the preference sheet comprised the major pool of nominees.  Attempts were made to achieve continuity and balance in committee membership.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Nominations from the floor may be made at the Faculty Senate meeting, March 19, 2026. Please be sure you have obtained the person\u2019s consent for anyone you are nominating.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
