    1. Approval of meeting minutes from October 13, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Revisions to Faculty Doc. No. 3197R1 Graduate Program Reviews (Procedures for Qualitative Reviews of Graduate Programs)

      Moerchen informed the committee that she posted an updated version of the policy with edits per the October 13th<\/sup> discussion which focused on whether internal reviewers would be involved in the hybrid graduate program review accreditation process.\u00a0 Per the prior discussion, it seemed that for the most part the committee wasn\u2019t going to require internal reviewers but would strongly recommend their participation.\u00a0 Moerchen shared the policy edits with the committee for discussion and suggestions.

      Discussion took place.

      Due to the sufficient amount of concern of the recent policy edits, Mersky informed the committee that they would not be voting to approve the policy edits today.\u00a0 Discussions will continue at the December 8th<\/sup> meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Updated 2025 – 2026 Virtual Graduate Program Review Site Visit Committee Member Assignments

      Mersky informed the committee that there have been updates to the assignments.\u00a0 Lazkano and Parcell are assigned to Engineering, MS\/PhD which has been postponed from Fall 2026 to Spring 2026.\u00a0 Choi and Quinn have been assigned to Exceptional Education, MS and Pillai and Wells have been assigned to Geography, MA, MS, PhD as internal reviewers.\u00a0 Nation informed the committee that the programs listed under hybrid program reviews have been granted extension per the pending revisions to the hybrid accreditation and program review process in policy Faculty Doc. No. 3197R1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
