Microsoft Teams<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Microsoft Teams is the primary video conferencing platform for 51ÁÔÆæ governance meetings. You can schedule meetings directly in the Teams app or through your Office 365 calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoom<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zoom is also available as an alternative video conferencing option.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Notice Meetings<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All meetings must include public notice of the date, time, location, and purpose to ensure an opportunity for the public to attend and observe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For meetings that are not held in a physical location, an alternative method for the public to listen or observe must still be provided.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
