Six Sigma Black Belt – Office & Admin Operations course provides in-depth training for professionals in IT, healthcare, finance and other service-based industries. Please Note: This is an accelerated Six Sigma program. The instructional modules are designed to immerse participants in the core principles, tools and methodologies of Six Sigma through guided lessons and activities. While students may reflect on their own projects during the course, project work itself is not completed during the instructional portion. Instead, project execution begins after the course, once participants have built the necessary foundation.
