Apply legal and ethical codes and regulations to ensure the protection of all parties, including the agency, administration, staff and clients. Analyze key legal and ethical issues in supervision, such as direct and vicarious liability, confidentiality, informed consent, due process and scope of competence for both supervisors and supervisees. Evaluate the potential risks of dual relationships and understand their impact on supervision practices.
