This 14-hour course provides an in-depth exploration of Agile methodologies by leveraging industry-based case studies. Manufacturing, technology, healthcare, financial services and the public sector are just a few of the areas you will touch on during this engaging session.

Through a series of focused discussions, you’ll be led through short case studies to analyze how agile principles, frameworks and tools are applied to solve complex work-based problems. You’ll then complete both team- and individual-based activities using Agile skills and knowledge to model work-based scenarios. With each activity, your goal will be to deliver value to the organization, keeping in mind the needs of that particular industry and company.
