The objective of this course is to explore Stoltenberg and Delworth鈥檚 Integrated Development Model and The Treatment Model approach. Participants will analyze the three stages of counselor development and apply the characteristics associated with each stage. Through examining three structures within eight competency domains, learners will evaluate counselor progress in relation to the 12 core functions. Additionally, this course will enable participants to design strategies to support the growth of supervisees as they transition from student to colleague to expert.
