This course enables supervisors to analyze the role of managing within their agency and evaluate organizational readiness. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages of balancing administrative and clinical supervision responsibilities, and the impact of this balance on effective supervision. Participants will apply best practices within their agency to enhance supervisory effectiveness. The course emphasizes how effective supervision can support evidence-based practices and synthesize strategies that promote staff retention and morale.
