The School of Rehabilitation Sciences & Technology welcomes transfer students from within 51ÁÔÆæ and from schools across the country. Our advisors often work with students one to three (or more) semesters before attending 51ÁÔÆæ. We’ll do our best to help with a smooth transition. Once you transfer to 51ÁÔÆæ, you are subject to the program requirements at the time of admission.
Transfer students should meet with the academic advisor for their intended program as soon as possible upon admission to review transfer course equivalencies, discuss program requirements, and create an academic plan for the coming semesters. If you would like to evaluate how your courses may transfer before you receive your official evaluation, check out the or create a account.
You may request an unofficial evaluation of your completed or in-progress credits from other accredited U.S. colleges and universities. Since this is an unofficial evaluation, not an application, credit counts may change once you officially apply to UW-Milwaukee. We are unable to unofficially evaluate transcripts from foreign institutions or unaccredited institutions.
Prospective transfer students are welcome to schedule advising appointments by calling 414-229-5047 or emailing uwmchps@uwm.edu. Please bring a copy of your unofficial transcript to your first appointment.
