Any entity producing items bearing the trademarks, logos, names or references to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee or its affiliates must be licensed, and any campus department or student organizations must order branded merchandise (apparel and non-apparel) from licensed vendors. Importantly, standard purchasing rules apply \u2013 just because a supplier is licensed does not exclude them from competition.
