Select \u201cFITWELL\u201d under the Subject. Type the Class Title under Keywords. Some courses offer online or hybrid learning. <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/publichealth\/fitwell-courses\/locations\/\">See Locations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Online &#8211; Synchronous vs. Asynchronous vs. Hybrid &#8211; How do these course work?<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>Synchronous Online learning refers to instructors and students gathering at the same time and interacting in &#8220;real-time.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asynchronous Online learning refers to students accessing materials at their own pace and interacting with each other over extended periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hybrid or &#8220;blended&#8221; describes courses that combine face-to-face classroom instruction with online learning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Can I take courses out of order (i.e. Yoga II before Yoga I)?<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>Some FitWell courses have prerequisites, but most courses don\u2019t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take courses in the order that best fits your schedule and is based on your level of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unsure which level to take, please contact an instructor to determine the best fit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Can I add or drop a 51ÁÔÆæ FitWell course?<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>You can easily make changes to your schedule in PAWS before classes begin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FitWell courses may be added until the late add deadline. <br>View the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/onestop\/dates-and-deadlines\/interactive-adddrop-calendar\/\">academic calendar<\/a>&nbsp;for add\/drop deadlines. <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/registrar\/students\/enrolling\/adding-dropping-and-changing-classe\">Learn more about adding, dropping and changing classes.<\/a> Dates and deadlines are subject to change.<br><br>If you have questions about your schedule, contact your Academic Advisor.
