Summer is sizzling with fun FitWell courses. Hit the sand for in-person Beach Sports. Catch some waves for in-person Sailing. Stay active with Running, Physical Conditioning, Yoga or Bowling (all online). Reduce stress and improve focus with several online Meditation courses. 1- or 2- elective credit courses are offered in person or online. Undergraduate credits are applied toward GPA.

Get active, creative, strategic, mindful, competitive and adventurous with courses like Muay Thai kickboxing, cooking, bowling, yoga, basketball, scuba, rock climbing and more.

FitWell Courses can easily fit into a busy schedule. Offered in 16 weeks and 8 weeks or less in-person, online and in a hybrid format.

FULL Semester: September 2 – December 14
16 weeks // Sign-up before August 1. Enrollment closes September 9.

EARLY: September 2 – October 24
8 weeks or less // Sign-up before August 1. Enrollment closes September 3.

MIDTERM: October 26 – December 12
7 weeks or less// Sign-up before October 1. Enrollment closes October 28.

In honor of Earth Day, join fellow alumni, students, and staff with their families, along with Westlawn Gardens residents and community members, to get ready for spring planting! Prepare community gardens with Westlawn Gardens community members, followed by a lunch for all volunteers. All ages are welcome. Adults bringing children to participate must supervise them throughout the project. The project will include moving compost, adding compost to gardens, clearing garden boxes of weeds for vegetables and fruits to be planted, painting nameplate signs and sanitizing tools/spaces.

Time: 9:00 am – 12:30 p.m. (includes lunch)

Additional Information:

  • Please bring your own garden gloves; otherwise, there will be some available.
