DESCRIPTION:Presented by  \nDeborah Heffner\nChief Advancement Officer\nCommunity Advocates\, Inc. \n“Home Is Where Our Health Is” will explore the critical connection between stable\, healthy housing and the overall well-being of individuals\, families\, and communities. \nDrawing from Community Advocates Public Policy Institute’s 2020 report\, the presentation will highlight how housing conditions\, affordability\, and choice directly impact health outcomes—and how too many households are forced to choose between safe housing and basic necessities like food. The presentation will also provides an overview of Community Advocates’ housing stability programs and their role in supporting healthier\, more stable lives. \nThe seminar can also be attended virtually on Teams.
