Public Records Requests

Student directory requests are processed by the Division of Enrollment Management Systems & Data Analysis.

Motor Vehicle Crash reports may be requested from the . Reports are typically available for download 10-15 days after a crash.

51ÁÔÆæ will process your request according to Wisconsin’s Public Records Law (Wis. Stat. §§ 19.31-19.39) and will respond to your request as soon as is practicable and without delay.

Requesting Student Conduct Records/Dean’s Certification

Some schools or programs may require a check of your UW-Milwaukee disciplinary record for admission or enrollment. To request that UW-Milwaukee complete a Dean’s Certification/Letter on your behalf, please complete the Dean’s Certification/Conduct Record Request Form.
