Request Second Repeat of a Psychology Course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences will allow students to retake a course twice (three attempts total). Per L&S procedures students must file a formal appeal to the department to be granted a second retake. This appeal can be filed using the online form found here: online form<\/a>. You will receive an email indicating whether permission has been granted, and if so instructions for how to register for the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appeals for additional retakes (more than two) will be considered by the Associate Chair and the course instructor and will be granted only in exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course Equivalency Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have not already enrolled and what to check if a course you took at another institution will transfer to 51ÁÔÆæ, use Tranferology<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have already enrolled, check your 51ÁÔÆæ transcript to see how your previous credits transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not see the course in question and feel it should count as equivalent to a 51ÁÔÆæ Psychology course please talk to your advisor. More information, such as your unofficial transcript or the course syllabus, may be requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Field Placement Forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please download the fillable PDFs, complete your portion, have your supervisor complete the field placement supervisor portion. Then print the form and both you and your field placement supervisor should sign them. Then turn these signed copies in to your faculty supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
