Departments are required to go through Print &amp; Copy Services for their copier\/printer leasing needs. In return, they will experience cost-savings and convenience \u2014 maintenance, service, supplies, and 20# white bond paper are included in the lease cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several factors should be taken into consideration when deciding to lease a printer, copier, or multi-function device (MFD) including anticipated volume, cost, and convenience. Different models are available for different needs such as a stand-alone copier vs. a multi-function device which can be networked and used as a copier, printer, scanner, and fax.
