All printing using University\/state funds, whether produced internally or externally, must be ordered through Print & Copy Service\u2019s printing services area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printing Services runs a full-service in-house print shop located in the USR building, at 115 E. Reindl Way, Glendale, WI about two miles west of campus, one block north of 1st Street & Capitol Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consultation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Print specialists coordinate all print jobs for 51ÁÔÆæ and can provide assistance with the selection of paper, layout, size, price estimates, etc. Contact a print specialist before you begin your project to help ensure the final product will meet your needs, time constraints, and budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graphic Design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Graphic Design services are available to meet your needs.  For comprehensive design, from concept through final design, you may also contact Marketing & Communications, Integrated Marketing & Communications<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-Press<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A pre-press expert is available to provide information about preparing your files to ensure your furnished files print properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Full Color Printing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Print & Copy Services offers full-color digital printing to produce print efficiently and economically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full Bindery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Full bindery services including:
\u2022 collating
\u2022 perfect binding (soft-cover books)
\u2022 saddle-stitching
\u2022 folding
\u2022 die cutting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wide-Format Poster Printing, Mounting, Laminating<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Brilliant full-color wide-format poster printing is available up to 44\u201d wide in any length. Corollary services provided include mounting to foam core and laminating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wide-Format Sign & Banner Printing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wide format sign and banner printing using eco-friendly latex ink are available to produce items to 60\u2033 wide by any length. Indoor\/outdoor banners, window clings, fabric posters, wall and floor graphics, vinyl stickers, and contour cutting are some of the items available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

External Print Buying<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Printing that cannot be produced in-house will be done externally, either via state\/local contracts or via the bidding process. A print specialist will determine if the job should be produced externally and will make all the necessary arrangements and contact the appropriate vendor(s) to produce external jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your print job will be delivered to the destination indicated on your order. If you prefer, you may pick up your finished job at Mitchell B31 or off-campus at USR 158.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Turnaround time is based on job type and quantities. Digital and wide-format printing is typically 2-3 business days. Offset printing is approximately 1 week. Please contact a print specialist for specific turnaround times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billing Statements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Billing statement and reports can be produced by request or by logging in to our online ordering system<\/a> and using the My Orders function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
