  1. Subject to the limitations of Wis. Stats. and the policies of the Board of Regents, formal actions taken by the University academic staff or its Senate become University policy to be implemented by appropriate authorities within 30 days after they have been transmitted to the Chancellor by the Secretary of the University.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Chancellor may delay implementation of any academic staff action or part thereof beyond the 30-day period by notifying the Academic Staff Committee, within that period, of their intention and the reasons therefore.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
