Gaze at the night sky through our telescopes on select dates! Weather permitting, view the Moon, planets, star clusters, and other astronomical objects. Stargazing sessions are free and open to the public. Not recommended for children under 4.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stargazing sessions take place throughout the year on the Skydeck located on the roof of the 51ÁÔÆæ Physics building as well as in other locations for special events. See below for the latest schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sessions may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions (rain, snow, temperatures below 0\u00b0 F<\/strong>) or cloudiness. Please check the event status on this page after 5:30pm on the day of the session before visiting. If cancelled, we will update the status no later than 5:30pm on the day of the session.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow signs to take the elevator at the east end of the Physics building to the 3rd floor and continue up two flights of stairs to the roof. Unfortunately, the Skydeck is not wheelchair accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
