Students requiring Physics Department approval to repeat a course must: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Fill out the departmental permission form, which can be obtained from their Program Advisor. Alternatively, the fourth attempt form<\/a> (PDF) may be downloaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. This form completely filled out, as well as an Add\/Drop Form, should be handed in to the Physics Department Main Office in KIRC 2150. An appointment will be scheduled with the Associate Chair<\/a> in the week before the start of the semester in which they wish to repeat the class.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Students taking a course for the fourth time have lowest priority for registering for classes. Fourth-attempt permissions are not guaranteed and are subject to a detailed examination of the circumstances that led to the earlier unsatisfactory outcomes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
